Paws of Chico Spay & Neuter Program
Our mission is to reduce the cat and dog overpopulation in the greater Chico area. We provide financial assistance to pet owners who need help with the cost of having their cat or dog spayed or neutered. We educate our community on the importance and benefits of spaying and neutering.
Paws of Chico Spay & Neuter Program strongly believes significant results can be achieved through public awareness and the increase of companion pet spays and neuters in our community. We hope to decrease the number of unwanted kittens and puppies which continually overburden the City of Chico Animal Shelter.

We are a small volunteer, non- profit organization with a 501(c)3 status. We rely heavily on public donations. All contributions are tax deductible.
By providing information, promoting responsible ownership, and helping with the cost of spay/neuter, Paws of Chico Spay & Neuter Program is committed to lessen the needless suffering of unwanted cats and dogs due to overpopulation. In order to accomplish this goal, we need your help to increase our volunteer base, funding, and community support.
